I cannot believe that I am at the last stage of this programme. I really learnt alot about web 2.0. It was really interesting to see some of the staff so enthusiastic about this programme. Thanks to Mystery Man for all his assistance, enthusiasm and patience. Now that I have learnt so many new techniques I will be updating and adding to my blog on a regularly basis, so check it out.

eBooks#22

Looked at the eBooks fair website. I wasn`t able to find a lot of the books that I wanted to find. I settled with looking at the books that were on offer. An interesting way to read a book. I liked the experience and would appreciate being able to read popular or rare titles online.

I had a look at quite a few of the web 2.0 awards and am pleased that at least I have played around with some of them. Wiki's #16

I had a look at the wiki's and loved the Book Lovers Wiki and the SJCPL Subject Guides. Both these are useful for libraries and staff to use. They were both easy to navigate and had extremely useful information. In the SJCPL Subject Guides I particularly liked the word of the day. Today's word of the day is Syndrome, Alagille: Also known as arteriohepatic dysplasia, this is a genetic disorder characterized by jaundice in the newborn period, liver disease with cholestasis, peripheral pulmonic stenosis and unusual face.
